An Atlanta man's spur of the moment decision to take a side trip on the
way to a friend's house led him to a discovery that changed his life,
and probably saved ten others.

Boxer-lab mix "Brindle" disappeared from Gary Rowley of Fredericksburg, Va., in 1999. A family in Oklahoma had rescued Brindle in September. And a local woman volunteered to drive Brindle to the owner's house in Fredericksburg, Va.
