Pasadena, Md. police released this composite sketch of an alleged sexual assailant of a 9-year-old.
PASADENA, Md. (WUSA) - Police are seeking a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a nine-year-old girl who was walking home from Lake Shore Elementary School.
Police responded to a residence in the Lake Shore community in Pasadena on Feb. 19 for a report of an alleged sex offense that took place on Tuesday, February 14. The nine-year-old victim said she was walking home from Lake Shore Elementary School between 3-3:30 p.m. through the Riding Woods neighborhood when a male suspect grabbed her and pulled her into a wooded area, where the sex offense reportedly occurred.
A composite sketch of the suspect has been completed. There have been no recent reports of suspicious persons or suspicious activity in the community; however, police are seeking information regarding anyone matching the suspect's description.
Police have increased patrols to the area and will have additional patrols available during school hours throughout the week. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to call 410-222-3468.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 35-40 years old, 5'11", 175-200 pounds, clean shaven with a bald head, last seen wearing a brown and yellow jacket, black shirt and black pants.
