Police seek Rudy Ismael Manchame-Guerra In Langley Park, Md. First Degree Murder

LANGLEY PARK, MD (WUSA) -- Prince George's County police have identified Rudy Ismael Manchame-Guerra as the suspect responsible for the fatal shooting of Saul Felipe-Augustine in a crowded apartment complex in Langley Park on the evening of July 14.

Officers were called to an apartment building in the 1400 block of Kanawha Street just after 6:30 p.m. They found a man shot to death in an apartment hallway. He was pronounced dead on the scene. On Monday, police released the man's name as Saul Felipe-Augustine.

Police say there were a lot of people in the area at the time of the shooting and they're hoping someone will come forward with information about the case. They are working to identify the suspect or suspects.

Authorities warn Guerra is armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call the Prince George's County Police Department's Homicide Unit at 301-722-4925. Please refer to case number 12-189-2234.
