DUTIES:
W*USA-TV, the Gannett CBS affiliate in Washington, DC, has a temporary position opening for Vacation Relief Photojournalist. We are looking for an individual who is not just a strong shooter and microwave truck operator, but is a talented storyteller who can write and edit stories for our digital platforms. We need a team player who will come to work with ideas and who will work with the assignment desk, reporters, and producers to make our product better. Photojournalists are responsible for all station issued equipment and vehicles in accordance with stated policies and must have a clean driving record.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have at least five years experience as a television news photojournalist in a medium to large market preferred. Familiarity with Avid Newscutter and DVC cameras preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, car and insurance and must be able to work flexible hours. College degree in journalism or communication preferred.
