Roasted Corn Puree

Ingredients:

4 Ears Sweet Corn

1c Heavy Cream

 

Preparation:

-Roast Corn whole in oven at 400°F for 20 minutes

-Allow to cool and remove kernels from cob

-Warm heavy cream and corn together and puree

-Keep warm to serve with chuck roast

 

 

**Corn cobs can be saved to make a corn stock, which is a great base for fall soups
